4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the jmd89 Service, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one active jmd89 Account only. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jmd89 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate Accounts will be immediately suspended.
• Any balances, Bonus Funds, and pending withdrawals in all associated Accounts may be forfeited at jmd89's sole discretion.
• The Player may be permanently banned from the jmd89 platform.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your jmd89 Account is accurate and up to date at all times. You must promptly notify jmd89 of any changes to your personal details via the account settings section or by contacting support. jmd89 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, jmd89 requires Players to complete the KYC identity verification process. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of residential address, and confirmation that any bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals belongs to the registered Account holder. jmd89 may request additional documentation at its discretion. KYC verification is a one-time process that, once completed, remains valid for the life of the Account unless jmd89 determines that re-verification is required.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jmd89 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jmd89 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel — any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support immediately.

You must notify jmd89 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account. jmd89 will not be liable for losses incurred prior to the receipt of such notification where those losses result from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or your sharing of credentials with a third party.

Players who enable 2FA may also benefit from increased daily withdrawal limits as a mark of account trust level.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jmd89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and USDT (TRC-20 network). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless the Player elects to use the USDT option, in which case the equivalent IDR value is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for bank transfer channels and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet channels. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change at jmd89's discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

6.3 Withdrawal Eligibility and Processing

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification in full. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the jmd89 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jmd89 targets a processing time of five to fifteen minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and prevailing transaction volumes.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

jmd89 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or additional documentation has been requested and not yet provided.
• The Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
• The withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• The withdrawal request is inconsistent with the Player's documented deposit history in a manner that raises source-of-funds concerns.

6.5 Fees

jmd89 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its side. Players should note that their own bank or e-wallet provider may apply standard transaction fees independent of jmd89. jmd89 has no control over and accepts no liability for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Promotion-Specific Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by jmd89 are subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before opting in. By claiming a bonus, you confirm acceptance of the applicable promotion-specific terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered in full at the specified wagering requirement multiplier before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Real Money Funds held in your wallet are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the withdrawal eligibility conditions in Section 6.

7.3 Eligible Games and Bet Contributions

Not all games on jmd89 contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%) or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

jmd89 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Practices including, but not limited to, low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and the collusion of multiple players to exploit a promotion are all considered bonus abuse. jmd89 reserves the right to void any bonus, associated winnings, and withdraw the right to further promotions from any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse, without prior notice.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on jmd89 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game, sport, or event on which the bet is placed. Game-specific rules are accessible from within each game or market on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant game or market only.

8.2 Void Bets

jmd89 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error, or in circumstances where jmd89 determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised. In such circumstances, the stake for the voided bet will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

8.3 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-transaction and daily winnings limits apply to certain game categories and sportsbook markets. These limits are disclosed within the relevant game or market interface. jmd89 reserves the right to pay out only up to the applicable maximum, regardless of the size of the win generated, where such limits have been clearly communicated in advance.

8.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, live dealer table, or sportsbook market, jmd89 will endeavour to resolve the issue as promptly as possible. Where a technical malfunction results in the interruption of a game or bet, jmd89's decision on the treatment of affected bets — whether voided and returned or settled on the basis of available data — will be final. jmd89 will not be liable for losses caused by technical malfunctions beyond what is recoverable through the return of affected stakes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jmd89 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with jmd89.
• Money Laundering: Using the jmd89 platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of proceeds from any criminal or illegal activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in any game to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker or any multi-player game format.
• Automated Play: Using any bot, script, automated software, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with jmd89 games or markets.
• Hacking and System Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the jmd89 platform, its servers, or any other player's account.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access jmd89 while under the age of 21, or assisting a person under the age of 21 in accessing the platform.
• Third-Party Deposits or Withdrawals: Funding an Account with payment instruments that do not belong to the registered Account holder, or requesting withdrawal to a payment account belonging to a third party.
• Abuse of Support: Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward any jmd89 support agent or other member of the jmd89 team.

jmd89's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jmd89 Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits jmd89's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

jmd89 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have also read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing online gaming platforms in the relevant jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the jmd89 Service, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of one Party notifying the other in writing, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both Parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jmd89 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or prevent irreparable harm.
